We are Encube
Encube is the AI platform for hardware engineering. AI just changed how the world writes software. It's now changing how the world designs physical products and Encube is the platform driving that shift.
The most advanced products in the world, cars, aircraft, semiconductors, are still designed in workflows that haven't fundamentally changed in 20 years. Designs that look right on screen turn into months of rework when they hit the factory floor. Encube closes that gap. Our platform reads engineering intent, simulates manufacturability and catches issues before they cost millions to fix.
Founded in Stockholm in 2021, Encube is Northern Europe's leader in vertical AI for industrial engineering, built by a world-class team with decades of experience in AI, ML and industrial software. We are deployed across global leaders in automotive, aerospace, and precision manufacturing and growing fast. Encube is backed by leading investors, including Kinnevik and Inventure.
We're a small, focused team. Joining now means owning real ground from week one.
What you’ll do
You will be the product specialist and consultative bridge between Encube and our customers. You’ll collaborate directly with engineering leaders and end-users. You translate real-world problems into structured templates, workflows, integrations and guide customers through change management, from first proof of concept to scaled rollout.
This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role: part deployment, part customer success, part product, part AI & workflow design. You will become a domain expert in how AI can transform engineering processes and help shape the Encube product based on what you learn in the field.
You will be part of the founding commercial team, shaping the commercial strategy and growth for Encube. As Encube grows, you'll have the opportunity to lead your own team or own a dedicated part of customer delivery and product. This means both working broadly, hands-on with a broad range of tasks, and maintaining a strategic vision of the commercial, go-to-market and product strategy.
The Engagement Associate / Manager ensures that every customer:
- Has hands-on support through structured workflows, templates, configuration, data preparation and adoption
- Sees early wins in pilot projects that justify broader rollout
- Builds internal champions who understand how to deploy the product long-term
- Achieves real, measurable business value
- Has the product and AI shaped around the Customer’s workflows and continuously improved through their feedback
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments: Own end-to-end delivery from first pilot through scaled rollout, working directly with engineering leaders and end-users
- Translate workflows into product: Document customer engineering processes and turn them into structured templates, integrations, and configurations
- Drive adoption: Run pilots, workshops, and training that produce early wins and build internal champions
- Shape the product and AI: Bring customer signal back to Product and Engineering, including the data and feedback that build Encube's Engineering Intelligence
- Support commercial work: Contribute to proposals, business cases, and expansion conversations alongside the GTM team
- Prepare for scale: Develop reusable best practices, documentation and implementation playbooks
What we’re looking for
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn AI-powered software tools quickly
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with engineering teams
- Consultative mindset - able to diagnose problems, structure workflows and guide decision-making
- Genuine interest in product and how AI is reshaping the world - you obsess over the tools you use and have opinions about why some products are great
- Comfort with structured data, templates or workflow tools (no deep coding required)
- High ownership: able to run deployments end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and organisation skills
- You've spent several years in a high-performance environment such as management/technical consulting or a top-tier early-stage startup, and have been promoted early or given responsibility beyond your title
