We are Encube

Encube is building a real-time collaborative product-industrialization platform used by hardware R&D and manufacturing teams. We help companies move from concept to manufacturable product - faster, smarter and with fewer surprises.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with very high agency and an AI-first mindset. This is not a role where you wait for tickets. You’ll own outcomes end-to-end - from problem definition and research to shipped product and measurable impact.

What you’ll do

• Define problems, run discovery, ship MLPs, measure impact, iterate.
• Design complex workflows and high-fidelity prototypes for our Canvas and app.
• Work directly with engineers and enterprise customers.
• Improve our design system and design→dev workflow (Figma → components → code).
• Use AI deliberately to increase design quality and team velocity.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrable work > years of experience.
• Very high agency — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Strong product taste and clear thinking.
• Hands-on experience using AI in real workflows (not just experimenting).
• Strong communication and good judgement.
