At Encube, we’re reimagining how hardware products are designed, developed and manufactured by making collaboration seamless and innovation accessible to everyone bold enough to build
The idea for Encube was born out of a frustration for how unintuitive, manual, single player and slow existing engineering software is.
Following close to a decade of trying to create intuitive, scalable, and highly automated software at the world's leading manufacturers, we decided that a new path must be chartered. Built from the ground up to be collaborative, highly automated, and ridiculously easy to use.
Today, we work with pioneering manufacturers to reshape how design intent becomes real hardware. Manufacturers who believe just as strongly as we do, that we can make things better.
Hardware is the hidden engine that powers modern life. It is fundamental to the creation of everything from spaceships to pacemakers. But, the work behind developing and manufacturing products is manual and analog. Only experts can invent things. Talent shortage and human error drive needless waste and limit creativity, from first sketch to product launch.
Encube was founded with the conviction that the age of autonomy and digitalization gives us the opportunity to create a more desirable version of hardware development. One that is more sustainable, more connected, and accessible to anyone bold enough to pursue an idea from thought to finished product
We operate like a high-performance team. We want to be the best in our category, and we act accordingly
Progress comes from feedback loops. Shipping is how we learn what’s true
Responsibility and accountability go hand in hand, E2E. If you touch it, you own it until it’s done and stable
We promote debate, and we resolve differences with test against reality. Opinions are welcome, but proof decides
Curious about life at Encube? We're always looking for ambitious, game changing talent. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
