We are Encube
Encube reimagines hardware development with an AI-powered platform that connects design intent to manufactured reality. Founded in Stockholm in 2021, we make it faster and easier for R&D teams to identify and avoid design choices that drive manufacturing complexity. The result is shorter time to market, lower cost of production and the ability to explore exponentially more design directions than otherwise possible.
We are already trusted by multiple global leaders across the automotive, aerospace and precision manufacturing sectors and are backed by leading investors, including Kinnevik and Inventure.
What you’ll do
The Go-to-market analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Encube’s growth strategy across new and existing markets. This position blends structured business analysis with hands-on commercial execution.
You will be part of the founding commercial team, shaping the commercial strategy and growth for Encube, with room for significant professional growth as the company develops. You will work closely with leadership and cross functions to identify high-value market segments, define ICPs, analyze competitive dynamics and help orchestrate data-driven sales motions. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, commercial intuition and a builder mentality suited for a fast-moving company.
